PICK UPS 

You can now select pick up as an option at checkout. Collection is available Monday -  Saturday (excluding public holidays) between 11 am  - 8 pm. Collection details will be provided once order is received and ready for collection. Wrapped Up HQ is located in Chittagong. If you would like to collect in a hurry please call us in operating hours to arrange urgent collection.

This must be to a single delivery address within Bangladesh.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE (wedding trousseaus & midnight surprise) FOR  DELIVERIES OUTSIDE CHITTAGONG.

DAMAGES

If your parcel arrives damaged this must be reported within 24h. All original packaging must also be kept. This is just so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful. 

 

NON DELIVERY

All no-delivery’s must be reported within 10 days of dispatch.  This is just so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
