Can I buy individual products?

Yes, you can buy individual items or create gift boxes from the design your own section. Note: for individual items these will placed in protective wrap and placed directly into one of our robust shipping boxes.

 

Can I add a personal message within the gift?

Yes, when purchasing any pre curated gift box it will allow you to write a message/note to go with any gift. 

How will my gift box be packaged?

We take great care to package every gift. They will be all packaged inside our strong gift box with fill and tissue paper to protect your gifts. Furthermore, the entire packaged will be placed inside our robust bubble wrap for outside chittagong orders.

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately, we have suspended international shipping for now. We apologise for any inconvenience.

My box is a gift, I don’t want an invoice, receipt or packing slip with my order?

Do not worry, we never include any receipts, invoices or packaging slips in any of the packages that we send out! You will only receive a softcopy of the bill for your reference. Very environmentally friendly.

How long will it take to deliver my gift boxes?

We endeavor to ship your package quickly, however depending on your order quantity & location different times apply. If you need a gift in a hurry please see our same day delivery and express overnight services.

 

Can I pick a preferred delivery date?

While we can't guarantee delivery on a certain date, the courier company will do their absolute best! Just keep in mind the minimum time frames for delivery to each region but regardless, you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, or contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Please note that couriers only work standard business hours and normal deliveries are not made on the weekend. If you require a Friday delivery, please let us know beforehand.

Is bkash or bank transfer payment accepted?

Yes it is! Great idea for people far away to send a meaningful gift to their family or friends.

Can you deliver to a hospital or office?

Yes, Absolutely. Couriers can only deliver to a reception or designated delivery area, please include the hospital name and ward number. Address must include the business name. For business deliveries couriers require a signature for delivery.

Please note: If for any reason a product included in this gift box becomes unavailable or out of stock, we promise to replace it with another item/s of equal or greater value which matches the theme of the box you are purchasing. We use both tissue paper and / or jute fill to protect our products. Your Gift box may arrive in black or white.
